You can choose the coverage that works best for you. Standard manufacturing coverage length, is one (1) year labor ten (10) year parts. You could extend your labor coverage to five (5) years or ten (10). The plans we offer have also no deductible for our customers.
What is covered?
Labor will be covered for mechanical & electrical failures contained within the equipment. Including the compressor and heat exchange. Regular maintenance must be performed to maintain the coverage.
What is not covered?
Any repair due to damage of equipment; components of your HVAC system contained outside of the covered equipment; required maintenance not being done at least once a year.
Are there limits to this coverage?
There is no limit to the number of claims that can be submitted. However, the limit of liability is reached when repairs/replacement equal the replacement cost of like and kind of equipment during the term of agreement.

No trip charges for covered repairs. Just one call to our office- your unit will be repaired, parts ordered and replaced, by our friendly & qualified technicians, and claims filed by our dedicated warranty staff member!
