Jeff’s background in the HVAC industry began in his High School years. After High School, he was accepted at the University of Cincinnati, but he decided to enroll in a two-year technical college to pursue his interest and talents in the HVAC industry. Jeff quickly developed a love and strong capability in the mechanical field study. At this time, his family would vacation in Florida and visit his grandfather and grandmother who had retired in Sebring and soon after his parents also retired in Sebring. After completing the program and earning the two mechanical degrees in HVAC, Jeff decided to join his parents in Sebring. Jeff then met his wife, Margie, who is also the co-owner of the company, they married in June 1984. Both Jeff and Margie’s families valued the importance to have their future children with all the family in the same community.

In 1987, after Jeff became a licensed Florida Air Conditioning Contractor, he then began his business in the garage of his home. Shortly afterwards, two daughters were born. The years would follow with many hours of hard work and dedication. Jeff and Margie have made important and pivotal decisions for the future and sustainability of the company that now serves all of Central Florida with over 18,000 dedicated customers. Both daughters have completed their Bachelors and Gabrielle her Masters in Business Finance and have joined the company in accounting.
